Funk and Associates was started to support locums and temp/relief psychiatry care at the California Department of State Hospitals. Due to popular demand, expanding offerings now include temporary/relief mental health and dental offerings in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. 

Having subcontracted for multiple vendors and also worked as a state and federal employees, we've explored the collage of terms and conditions available, and are confident we offer the best rates, simplest terms, personal service, and greatest transparency in the market. We exist to get you the best rate with the least hassle.

All our positions are 1099 temporary relief assignments. Our typical provider has experience in the locums space, and has learned some of the hard lessons about patient care in the forensic setting, multiple levels of supervision, organizing one's own benefits, and what vendors can and cannot offer.
